Descartar a \u00e1gua e lavar muito bem o millet. Num tacho aquecer a \u00e1gua juntamente com o lim\u00e3o e o pau de canela. Descascar a ma\u00e7\u00e3 e cortar em cubos.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">Quando come\u00e7ar a ferver juntar o millet e a ma\u00e7\u00e3. Reduzir o lume para o m\u00ednimo. Tapar o tacho e deixar cozinhar por 12 minutos. Descartar a casca de lim\u00e3o e o pau de canela.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">Ao millet juntar a canela em p\u00f3 e a baunilha, o leite vegetal e triturar com uma varinha m\u00e1gica ou processador de alimentos. Deixar em lume brando at\u00e9 engrossar e os flocos estarem macios e cozinhados. Para uma papa menos grossa juntar um pouco mais de leite.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">Depois de pronta a papa, juntar ma\u00e7\u00e3 ralada e polvilhar com canela.
