Mudar o peixe para um prato e reservar. Limpar o alho-franc\u00eas, cortar \u00e0s rodelas e saltear (em lume m\u00e9dio) numa frigideira com 1 colher de sopa de azeite. Passados alguns minutos regar com o mel e polvilhar com as sementes. Aumentar a temperatura e cozinhar at\u00e9 o alho-franc\u00eas come\u00e7ar a alourar e a ficar transl\u00facido. De seguida, passar ao processo de montagem, colocando numa ta\u00e7a o alho-franc\u00eas, o salm\u00e3o desfiado em lascas e a r\u00facula. Temperar com sal, pimenta acabada de moer, 1 colher de sopa de azeite e sumo da outra metade do lim\u00e3o. Grelhar o pimento (no forno ou numa grelha no fog\u00e3o) at\u00e9 cozinhar e conseguir retirar a pele. Lavar e cortar os tomatinhos ao meio e picar a salsa e os restantes dentes de alho finamente. Quando o bacalhau cozinhar, limpar as peles e as espinhas. Retirar a pele ao pimento, depois de assado, limpar as sementes e cort\u00e1-lo aos pedacinhos. Numa saladeira, juntar o gr\u00e3o-de-bico cozido, o bacalhau desfiado, os tomates e o pimento em cubos, a salsa e o alho picados. Temperar com um pouco de pimenta e regar com azeite e um pouco de vinagre.
