Grelhar as fatias de curgete e reserv\u00e1-las com papel de cozinha por cima. Pr\u00e9-aquecer o forno a 180.\u00baC. Num tacho, refogar a cebola com o fio de azeite (cerca de 4 minutos). Acrescentar o tomate cortado aos cubos e deixar cozinhar cerca de 10 minutos. Triturar a mistura at\u00e9 formar uma polpa. Acrescentar as cenouras previamente cortadas em cubos pequenos e cozinhar cerca de 5 minutos em lume brando. Acrescentar o atum, o sal e os restantes temperos. Cobrir um tabuleiro de forno com as tiras de curgete e colocar o molho de tomate e atum. Repetir o processo e terminar com curgete. Por cima, colocar o restante molho de tomate. Se desejar, pode adicionar queijo ralado.
